Leaving GNG's service area? We'll miss you.

But we'll just say "See you soon" instead of "Goodbye." If you're moving to another state or to a part of Georgia that GNG does not serve, we enjoyed serving you, and we hope we can be your natural gas provider again in the future. (If you are not sure if GNG serves your new Georgia community, give us a call.)

To have your service discontinued at your current location, please take these steps:

  • Notify us at least 10 business days before your move by calling 770-870-6200 (inside Atlanta) or 1-877-850-6200 (toll-free outside Atlanta).
  • You may follow your call with a written or electronic request to discontinue service. (Please be aware that neither the written nor the electronic request can take the place of the phone call. You must call first.) Mail the written request to the following address:

    Or notify us by e-mail (after you call) by clicking here.
  • When you contact us, please inform us of your correct forwarding address and contact phone numbers, so that any deposit refunds and final bills will reach you.

Please note that if you do not notify us by telephone regarding termination of service, your gas service will continue until we receive such notice, and you will be responsible for charges incurred during that time.

Refunds for deposits, less any incurred charges, will be mailed within 60 days after termination of service.
