Paying your bill can be quick and simple. Pay By Text allows you to pay your gas bill automatically using your checking, savings, or money market account.

Sign up online or call 1-800-218-4926 and follow the recorded instructions. Message and data rates may apply, but Georgia Natural Gas does not charge a fee for text message payments. Your payment may take up to two business days to be credited to your GNG account.

Just call 1-800-218-4926 and follow the recorded instructions.

Simply visit the Customer Service counter and pay right there in person. Your payment may take up to two business days to be credited to your account. Pay your balance in person at a Western Union® agent location. Call 1-800-700-9021 to find the authorized agent location nearest you. Western Union assesses a processing fee for each transaction. Your payment may take up to two business days to be credited to your account.
When you sign up for automatic bank draft, we will automatically withdraw the amount due from your financial institution on or near the due date shown on your bill (except holidays or weekends). To sign up, call GNG for an application at 770-850-6200 or 1-877-850-6200, download an application (68 KB, PDF) to mail or fax to us, or use Online Customer Care and apply online.
