• If a customer terminates the Guaranteed Bill Plan before the end of the agreement, an early termination charge may apply. The current early termination charge for customers who sign up on the 12-month Guaranteed Bill Plan is $150 if cancelled during the first 6 months, and $75 if cancelled during the last 6 months.
• For your convenience, at the end of your term, we will automatically renew your agreement on the Guaranteed Bill plan for another 12 months, subject to your continued eligibility.
