A minimum of five qualifying referrals must be received during a single month to be eligible for the bonus virtual $500 Visa Reward Card for that month, in accordance with Program Terms and Conditions, including submitting IRS Form W-9 to GNG. Bonus Rewards are reconciled for qualifying referrals at the end of each month. Virtual $500 Visa Reward Card will be emailed 7-14 days following reconciliation of referrals.
