Member must disclose to each referred customer that the Member may receive a digital Visa Reward Card and may be eligible for other rewards if the referred customer enrolls with GNG. Maximum reward of $500 in digital Visa Reward Cards per person per calendar year for all GNG digital Visa Reward Card promotional offers under the Program, unless Member submits IRS Form W-9 to GNG in conformance with the Program terms and conditions.
