Resident Information
Providing your Social Security number will facilitate your enrollment and reduce your
chance
of having to pay a deposit. GNG uses this to obtain credit information for your
application.
Connection Fee
You will be assessed a service establishment charge for turning on new gas service. This charge
is typically $60 but can vary based on pass-through charges assessed by AGLC. These connection
charges are typically include on your first GNG bill, but you have the option to split these
charges into equal installments over a set number of bills.

Authorization
Upon completion of your enrollment application, you will be contacted to finalize your
turn-on details,
which will be scheduled by Atlanta Gas Light. If your requested turn-on date is
unavailable, GNG will
schedule your request for the next available date. You should receive your first bill
from us in the next
60 days. Your first bill will include a $60 connection charge. Before you receive your
first bill, you will
receive a welcome package, which will include our terms and conditions of service and
other information
about your enrollment.

plan using applicable promotion code. Some plans may not be eligible. Stated per-therm discount
available for 12 months, provided you remain on the selected price plan for 12 months and pay
all billed charges by the date due, or discount will be cancelled and you will continue to be
billed at the selected price plan rate without any discounts. Our published price per therm for
the price plan selected is the price that will appear on your bill; total per-therm discount
will be applied directly to your total gas charge.
I hereby authorize Georgia Natural Gas (GNG) to serve as my natural gas service provider at the
address above. If I currently have gas service with another marketer, I authorize GNG to switch
my gas service to GNG. I understand that I may be subject to a charge from my existing marketer
for switching my service to GNG and that there may be a charge imposed by GNG in certain
instances if I choose at a later time to switch to a marketer other than GNG. I understand that
I will be enrolled on either GNG’s Variable Select price plan or Variable Market Limited price
plan and that my monthly customer service charge will be set by GNG based on information
received by GNG from my credit check. I may request a change in my price plan by calling GNG at
770-850-6200 (inside metro Atlanta) or 1-877-850-6200 (toll free outside metro Atlanta). I
certify that I am the account holder and that I authorize this enrollment.
