Not sure where to pay online?

If your GNG billing group number is 5-digits, and already have a CLICK account, pay via CLICK. If your GNG account number format is 9 digits followed by 7 digits, pay your bill via MyAccount Online Customer Service.

Another way to tell is by looking at your bill. If it looks like THIS, then please pay via MyAccount Online Customer Service. If it looks like THIS please pay via CLICK.
