- Your Guaranteed Bill amount is premises and customer specific and includes your AGLC Base Charge, Customer Service Charge (CSC), Gas Charge and Interstate Capacity Charge (if applicable). Amount may be prorated if the service period falls outside of the standard 27-33 day service period. This amount does not include taxes or one-time charges such as connection or late payment fees.
- If a customer voluntarily terminates the Guaranteed Bill Plan before the end of the agreement, an early termination charge may apply. The current early termination charge for customers who sign up on the 12-month Guaranteed Bill Plan is $150 if cancelled during the first six months, and $75 if cancelled during the last six months.
