Pay the same flat bill amount every month, regardless of changes in weather or natural gas prices, guaranteed. This plan is the ultimate protection and budgeting tool when it comes to your natural gas expenses.
Your Guaranteed Bill amount is premises and customer specific and includes your AGLC Base Charge, Customer Service Charge (CSC), Gas Charge and Interstate Capacity Charge (if applicable). Amount may be prorated if the service period falls outside of the standard 27-33 day service period. This amount does not include taxes or one-time charges such as connection or late payment fees.
If a customer voluntarily terminates the Guaranteed Bill Plan before the end of the agreement, an early termination charge may apply. The current early termination charge for customers who sign up on the 12-month Guaranteed Bill Plan is $150 if cancelled during the first six months, and $75 if cancelled during the last six months.
No Deposit Required.
For your convenience, at the end of your term, we will automatically renew your agreement on the Guaranteed Bill plan for another 12 months with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee, subject to your continued eligibility.

No deposit required. Simply pay in advance for your gas service. The monthly price per therm may change or remain the same depending on numerous factors, including wholesale gas costs, weather, market conditions, and other factors.
The Pre-Pay Plan requires that customers simply pay in advance for the expected costs of the gas service, and GNG will true up the difference between amount paid and gas charges based on actual usage for the billing period on the next bill once the gas meter is read.
Customer Service Charge (CSC): $8.99.
No deposit required, but customer must make initial payment before service begins.
The monthly price per therm may change or remain the same depending on numerous factors, including wholesale gas costs, weather, and market conditions.
